Is there an invoice included with my order?
No, the invoice will only be sent via email. The gift box itself contains no invoice, so that even if the gift is sent directly to the recipient, no prices are visible.
How can I personalize my order?
During the order process you can choose your gift box for free with the Personalize baby's name. In addition, for certain products we offer a Wood engraving with name which you can add directly to your shopping cart.
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time is usually 3–5 daysIf engraving is requested, delivery may be delayed by one day.
Can I deliver a personal message?
Yes, of course! During the order process, you can enter your desired text and we will add a handwritten card with your text This gives your gift a particularly personal touch.
Can I order a ready-made box and have another item added to the box?
Yes, that's possible. Simply add the individual item to your shopping cart and leave us a brief description in the comments.
